The mission of the Merrimack County Caregivers Coalition
is to educate, support and empower caregivers and to promote an understanding of the role of caregiving within Merrimack County.This website was designed to provide support as well as resources and information to caregivers.  It was also designed to allow members of the coalition easy access to information related to activities and
collaborative efforts of the coalition.
Meetings are normally the 4th Tuesday of the month from 2:00-3:30 at TLC.  If you would like more information or to join the Coalition, please send an email to the Caregiver Specialist at dsemple@mcservicelink.org.
