The mission of the Merrimack County Caregivers Coalition
is to educate, support and empower caregivers
and to promote an understanding of the role of caregiving within Merrimack County.
This website was designed to provide support as well as resources and information to caregivers. It was also designed to allow members of the coalition easy access to information related to activities and collaborative efforts
of the coalition.
The next meeting will be held in the Community Action Program Conferece Room at 2 Industrial Park Drive in Concord from 1:30-3:00pm.
